30-day money-back promise

If you are not happy with your Sotto order, email hello@getsotto.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We will refund the full amount you paid, including shipping, to your original payment method within 5 business days. You do not need to return the product.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge until it ships. Email us as soon as possible and we will refund you in full.

Wrong or damaged items

If anything arrives wrong or damaged, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
