Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where our carriers allow it.

Timing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 6 to 12 business days with full tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Cost

Shipping is free on orders of two grinders or more. Single-grinder orders ship for a flat $4.95.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order arrives damaged, email hello@getsotto.store with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund at no cost.
